Mike Seymour - Division President
Michael Seymour brings over 25 years of experience in the wireless telecommunications industry, having held leadership roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Clearwire, Alcatel-Lucent, and Motorola. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a commitment to innovation and success in telecommunications. As Division President, he leads Telorics’ efforts to transform the telecom infrastructure industry with innovative engineering solutions. Mike received a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Iowa.

Dr. Herkole Sava - Head of Technology:
Dr. Herkole Sava is an award-winning technology leader with over 25 years of experience in wireless and mobile communications. He has led breakthrough innovations for major Mobile Network Operators, including Clearwire, Sprint, and T-Mobile. As Chair of our cross-functional technology strategy team, Herkole defines our 2–5-year technology vision, drives intellectual property development, and identifies new areas of innovation and strategic partnerships. Herkole received a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Edinburgh, with coursework from University of McGill, International Executive Institute, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from University of Tirana.

Dr. Ganz Chockalingam - Head of Innovation:
With a strong track record of driving visionary proof-of-concept initiatives, Dr. Ganz Chockalingam leads our efforts to prototype emerging technologies and explore the art of the possible. His work plays a critical role in shaping our future product roadmap by offering early insights into innovations that may ultimately be integrated into our portfolio. Known for his positive energy and forward-thinking mindset, Ganz continues to inspire those around him and push the boundaries of what's next in wireless technology. Ganz received a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Iowa.

Dr. Greg Sherwood - Head of Software Development:
Dr. Greg Sherwood brings a wealth of experience in software development leadership, having worked alongside many members of our team across multiple successful start-ups. Known for his collaborative approach and deep technical expertise, he oversees all software development efforts, driving innovation, alignment, and execution across our product teams. Greg received a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, a MS in Electrical Engineering from M.I.T., along with a BS in Electrical Engineering and Physics from M.I.T.

Pete Margaris - Head of Product Marketing:
Peter Margaris is a seasoned marketing executive with extensive experience in the wireless and technology sectors. At Telorics, he leads sales enablement and collaborates closely with the go-to-market team. He is responsible for shaping the company's brand strategy and identity, ensuring a compelling market presence and clear value proposition. Peter also oversees key marketing initiatives, events, and announcements, while engaging with media, analysts, and influencers to elevate Telorics’ visibility and thought leadership at a global scale. Pete received his MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Illinois Chicago, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology.

Chris Hughes - Head of Go to Market:
Chris Hughes is a senior sales executive and strategic leader with over 20 years of experience across large scale and start-up companies including Google Cloud, Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Alcatel-Lucent. He has led global divisions, served as Chief Revenue Officer at Digital Barriers, and directed major accounts in the Communications, Media & Entertainment sector. Chris specializes in customer lead go-to-market strategy, SaaS solution integration, and building high-performing, cross-functional teams to drive sustainable growth. At Telorics, Chris leads efforts to expand our market presence, build lasting customer relationships, and grow our services and software business.. Chris received BBAs in Marketing, Finance, and Philosophy from Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business.

Horia Pitulescu - Head of Customer Success & Programs:
Horia Pitulescu brings deep expertise in telecommunications and wireless infrastructure, with a strong background in client delivery and program leadership. Horia supports our Legacy Platform and collaborates on go-to-market efforts to develop scalable processes that deliver best-in-class client engagements. Working closely with both direct sales and indirect channels, he ensures that our customers and partners view us as a trusted ally, fostering strong, long-term relationships and exceptional satisfaction. Horia received an MBA in Business from the Naveen Jindal School of Management, UT Dallas, along with a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alberta.

Susan James - Head of Business Office:
Susan James is a results-driven, operationally minded leader who develops high-performance teams and drives measurable outcomes. She is passionate about simplifying processes and practices for sales teams, enabling them to focus on what they do best—delivering results. At Telorics, Susan oversees sales operations, business intelligence, and business process workflows, ensuring internal metrics and operations are aligned with sales, revenue, and margin goals. She plays a key role in forecasting, program management, and process optimization, helping create a more reliable and predictable business while supporting the continued growth of our go-to-market efforts. Susan received a MBA in Marketing and Finance from the USC Marshall School of Business, along with a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Scott Kisting - Head of Strategy:
With extensive experience across key industry organizations including the Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) and the Telecommunications Industry Foundation (TIF), Scott Kisting brings unmatched insight into market trends, competitive activity, and emerging standards. As the day-to-day leader of the Mobile Infrastructure Engineering Consortium (MIEC), he is deeply engaged with the operational challenges facing the industry’s core user base. Scott’s strategic vision, coupled with his ability to address complex issues at a tactical level, make him widely regarded as a trusted partner and thought leader across the telecom infrastructure community. Scott attended Loras College.

Robert Semaan - Head of Legacy Product and SaaS Application SME:
Robert Semaan is a seasoned leader with over two decades of experience in telecommunications infrastructure. He founded Tower Engineering Solutions (TES), a company renowned for its innovative wireless engineering tools that have significantly enhanced productivity for leading network operators and tower companies. Robert oversees the day-to-day management, resource planning, and feature delivery of the legacy Telorics tools he pioneered. His deep institutional knowledge and ongoing involvement in strategic decisions enable him to drive continued excellence and innovation in this area of our business. Robert received a BS and MS in structural engineering from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
